My Training

I trained at The Metanoia Institute as a Gestalt psychotherapist. Since that time, I have developed my style of working (through further training and continuing professional development) to a more integrative approach combining humanistic, psychodynamic and object-relational models.

I have worked in private practice for over twenty years, and for over sixteen years  as a psychotherapist within the NHS. I taught counselling on the post graduate diploma at Roehampton University.  I have been a clinical supervisor for various counselling organisations and in private practice for the last fifteen years.
